A Treat for Men: Triumph and Disaster

Well guys I am not one to beat around the bush, we all know that. I am one very limited and fussy male when it comes to my grooming and facial products. The face is an important aspect to our every day live’s. We only have one – look after it. I had the opportunity to try out some products from Vada Hair, or should I say AMAZING products. Yes, I did find a brand i enjoy and trust. Who are they? Triumph&Disaster, and no they are 100% not a disaster guys.

What I enjoyed about this guy was the peppermint scent it left on your face. Suitable for all types of skin, including the most sensitive, which I have, it’s light and there is no stress of your skin possibly drying out. A ritual of mine now, to use every morning or night.

Moisturisers can be a tricky one to conquer, especially if you’re a bloke, and to be honest most of us don’t even know where to start. Some say we need it, while others refuse to try it. Gameface works without leaving any oily, greasy feeling behind. It is easily absorbed and the ingredients are all natural, full of Vitamin E which left my face feeling fresh and masculine with the natural scent absorbed.

Personally when it comes to my hair i’ve never used Clay in my life. However I passed on Coltrane Clay to 5 different individuals who absolutely loved the product. With a mix of White Clay, Beeswax, Pracaxi Oil and Brazil wax each male had different hairstyles and lengths which it kept it in immaculate shape with the perfect hold,  and gave it a fresh look without looking dirty and greasy. Being 5 grown blokes who don’t like spending much time on grooming products, they absolutely loved it and said they will be buying or getting their girlfriends to more often.

I haven’t used a cake of soap since I can remember. Body wash has always been an option with me, and been so easy and accessible in a bottle I couldn’t go wrong with that. I then came across Shearers Soap and actually haven’t used my body wash since. The ex-foliating feeling this product leaves me with is amazing. It is super gentle on my skin and combines a use of poppy seeds and natural fragrance. I now have a pack of them in my bathroom which says something, even my flatmates have become fans.

No parabens. No silicones. No animal testing, only engineered with nature. Triumph&Disaster is the way to go. Even better, all the products are made in New Zealand. Whether you are looking for something new, or just starting out, check them out and see what you think. You wont regret it.
